Dear Diary,
I am pleased to announce that brainy got an attachment
position with a food stall at Newton Hawker Centre. She has vowed
to wow the foreign tourists with the authentic flavours of
their own national dishes.
Chef brainy is happy that she can finally show the French how
to cook escargot properly, the Chinese who are so good at
pirating that they forgot what original Peking duck tastes
like, the Nonya people how to prepare the long-lost
traditional Nonya kueh...etc
